Flights & Transfers
Escorted transfers are available for arrivals and departures on Sundays from the following airports to and from Rose Hill Campus:
- John F Kennedy International (JFK) – 1.5 hours
- LaGuardia International (LGA) – 30 minutes
- Newark Liberty International (EWR) - 1.5 hours
All students upon arrival at the airport will be met by an LAL New York Activity Leader. Meet and Greet service is available only on Sunday and any arrivals outside of this day are subject to an additional charge.
Our Activity Leader(s) can be easily identified by their red LAL Polo shirt and they will be holding a “LAL New York” sign. The Activity Leader will escort the student to LAL New York, however, they may have to remain at the airport for up to two hours for other students to arrive
Other Transport Arrangements
If the student will be taken directly to the school and/or personally collected, without the use of an LAL transfer, it is very important that LAL are informed of this, and the expected times of arrival/departure, as early as possible.
USA Centres, preferred times:
- Arrival on site – 18:00 – 21:00
- Collection from site – 10.00 – 12.00
If you are the parent/guardian you must bring two forms of identification, one primary with a current photo. If a third party will be responsible for the student, then a parent/guardian must first submit a '3rd party consent form' and they must also present the same required identification.
